Step 1: 
    Contact DQC to know our service contents, service procedure, and service rate.
    You may get a quotation by telling the product specification, order quantity and factory's location.
 
Step 2: 
    Fill in QC Service Booking Form.
    Attach the order copy.
    Attach the product specification in details.
    Submit the above documentation to DQC by email, or fax.
    Deliver the full package of approved samples to our address.
 
Step 3: 
    Upon receiving the request form, DQC will contact you to confirm the inspection.
    Upon receiving the request form, DQC will confirm the service charge and payment method with you.
 
Step 4: 
    DQC will study all of your files and samples and contact your supplier to confirm the inspection date.
    DQC keeps in contacting you if any changing from your supplier.
 
Step 5:
    The inspector(s) go to factory for on-site inspection.
    After the inspection finished, DQC will tell you the result by sending audit report within next working day.
 
Step 6:
    If need DQC to issue the shipment release, please send us the approved authorization.
